My name is Madison.

I believe that Yoga has something to offer everyone, and I have experienced first hand emotional and physical well being that is possible through the practice of Yoga.

Through my classes, I am committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive space for people from all walks of life to connect with others in a supportive, like minded environment.

I have been a certified Yoga teacher for six years, with over a decade of personal practice and experimentation, I am committed to practicing safely, openly and compassionately.

I regularly attend ongoing training and workshops to ensure I am up to date with the industry and ensure I am always bringing something fresh to my classes!

I combine my passion for wellness and positive lifestyles with both practical and theoretical knowledge to produce an experience that offers physical, emotional and spiritual benefits.

I believe in the innate capacity for happiness in our lives and I am passionate about sharing this with my clients. I believe that a regular Yoga practice encourages positive and life affirming change - offering vitality, equanimity and improved flexibility in life; even after you roll up your mat!

First Aid & CPR training
