RESERVATION POLICIES:

For group classes, RSVP is essential. RSVP can be made & altered via email or Facebook.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Where possible I require 48 hours notice of cancellation for Private & Corporate Classes. A minimum of 12 hours as a courtesy to cancel your attendance at group classes.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please advise of all injuries & medical concerns prior to RSVPing for a class. Please advise of any new injuries or medical concerns prior to class starting.
